On the Road / In the air

On the train to Newark Airport.
I arrived, again. I always think I'm going to die when I'm on a plane.
Alligator sausage and vegetables.
To cover bad taste.
Sunny morning by the pool.
Big Sur.

Voodo-things.
That house is just perfect.

Typical superheavy spicy fried food

Me after eating a Po-Boy (a normal sandwich).
Tank-girl inspired girl.
Voodo-things again.

A less touristic bar, we were looking for a pool-table but found some ice-cold beers.

I found myself on the plane realizing that I hate flying and in 2 months I forgot how much I hate flying. It was not so much to do about it though and the almost 4 hour flight down to New Orleans went smooth and calm.

New Orleans is hot and humid as hell. When we arrive we ate alligator-sausage just to try it and watched all drunk americans walking up and down Bourbon Street with funny hats and other touristic things like typical New Orleans necklaces. There is no wi-fi in the hotel so I have no idea what they means. But i thought that I will never go to for example Tijuana passing by the stripclubs and bars selling "Huge Ass Beer" (one liter plastic cups of local beer) to stupid (huge-assed) people.

The architecture is beautiful colonial style with huge terraces and low wooden houses. Just walking around today I got the feeling that it's to hot & humid here for evolution. I don't feel anything fresh and new but tonight we're going to see some jazz/blues/rockabilly and hopefully also some bluegrass-shows and I guess that's what they're supposed to be good at here. It's music in every corner of the streets.

i also saw Mississippi river for the first time in my life. And had the first bath in a swimming-pool in I don't know how many years.

I can't really complain about anything.
