It's like the relations cancels the personalities and the meaning of everything is to be together even if that means fighting, insulting, feeling guilty etc.

It doesn't say so much about fighting. I was in a relationship for many years where I only wanted attention, but it was never enough and I guess no one was really happy. But of course, you live you learn.
