Art

I'm warning you. This monologue might seem a little bit naive.

For a couple of days me, Luca and Mike had been working on the project Manga don't like wine and as far as I know no one of us ever studied art, and at least 66 % of us does not call ourself artists but still we did ART.

Why are some persons atists and other don't? Are some people chosen by God to live on social welfare/ charity funds to create art and give to the people? Does those artists really have something to give / say?

Wikipedia says this: "Art is the process or product of deliberately arranging elements in a way that appeals to the senses or emotions. It encompasses a diverse range of human activities, creations, and modes of expression, including music, literature, film, sculpture, and paintings."

For example last sunday I went to The Royal Academy of Art in Stockholm to see some exhibitions and I got so extremely bored. It was this kind of stuff:

And this artist (Mari Sunna- she is just an example) was described like this (my free translation from swedish to bad english):

exceptionally original/ever changing /extraordinary sensibility, deep feeling and explosive power /existential pieces of art // build a bridge from the most exciting paintings of our time to the masterpieces of art history that we are all keeping in our minds/natural estetical beauty/ sleepwalk-like precision and security.

Well, I don't know what to say, to me it seems a little bit esagerated. I wonder how they would describe our drawings:
