I woke up with a flu and a little bit of fever and really hot so it didn't start out as the best of days. I found the note above in my kitchen and I have no clue what it could mean. It seems like codes.
I met up with Luca, Mauro and Antonella (there are more romans in Brooklyn than in Rome!) and had late brunch with milkshake and Ceasar Salad at Relish.
We went to the Williamsburg Flea Market where i always find nice stuff and this time I found a T-shirt (those guys had a lot of nice shirts!) I can't afford to love NY and it's a little bit funny because it's partly true and I got tickets back to Europe yesterday. But before that a lot of adventures are waiting for us. I checked out the vaccine for the swine-flu for the Mexico-trip but the only info I got was that they're still working on it.
Supercute ink-drawings.
Antonella needed a bike so we went to South 6 to get one.
This wall is outside my gym and they're changing ads all the time, and they're hand-painted. Quite incredible. They're covering up the old Harry Potter ad.
I love unfinished stuff.
The PoolParty at the park down the river. A lot of hipsters and some bands playing. I needed a hot coffee for my sore throat but all i found was too-much-sugar-ice-coffee.
Antonellas new bike. It has to be a little bit modified but the frame is japanese and really nice.
How to be (un)comfortabe on a paper-plaid in Mc Carren Park:
Then some bowling at the Gutter.
I'm the worst bowler ever, it makes me anxious: the heavy ball, the people watching you, my depend on luck because I never learned any technique, people's advise "Do like this do like that!". but it was a little bit fun anyways and I like the shoes!
We went to Grand Ferry Park and ordered a pizza before going home to Pulaski where we found a big fight on the corner where the Grocery is, and it scared the shit out of me and I was thinking again that maybe Bed-Stuy is a little bit rough for me.
